Painting again!!!!

Our refinance loan was screwed up.So we somehow needed another appraisal . Apparently the underwriter for our loan called for a second appraisal because we lived across the street from a church!?! The second appraiser did a "drive by appraisal" and said our house was worth 20,000 less than the first appraisal .There was an argument between the appraisers and the bank went with the lower one.So,last week the second guy had to inspect our house on the inside.I painted the hallway entrance so everything would be picture perfect. The appraiser seemed surprised with all the work we did on the house.I sent him off with a list of everything we fixed/improved on the house.We are not sure if he is going to change his opinion about the price since there was all that arguing from before. Anyway for the type of loan we are getting we can not have any chipped paint on the exterior of our house . There are only a few spots but that is more painting we have to do ASAP.So that is what we will be doing today.
