Today we are finally closing on our refinance nightmare!!!! It was supposed to go pretty fast but a lot of drama was involved.Two appraisors fighting over the price our house is worth.In the end we will save SOME money on our mortgage payment .Our house insurance and taxes are included and before they weren't(our current mortgage).We will still keep working on our home
and when the market improves I know our house will be worth more!!!!!

Thanks, I know it will help out!!!! It was always stressful in January when we had to pay the taxes.
It will all be worth it in the end. I have owned quite a few homes. The experience is always different depending on what is happening in the real estate market. I love old houses as well. There is nothing like the character you get from an old house. But watch out - fixing them up is always like opening a can of worms. Have you seen that movie "Money Pit"? It's a worst case scenario, of course!
